From late October to late November, set sail on a unique orca and whale watching cruise in Norway. Departing from Tromsø, we head north aboard our ship to the remote fjords around Skjervøy, where vast shoals of herring attract orcas and humpback whales in spectacular numbers. Every day brings new encounters at sea — and every night, we search for the ethereal glow of the Northern Lights.

This is not a classic cruise. It's an immersive Arctic expedition, focused on wildlife, nature, and raw beauty. With only 12 guests onboard, we offer a truly intimate experience, far from the crowds. You will explore the stunning landscapes of northern Norway, observe powerful marine mammals up close, and witness the polar night dance in shades of green and violet.

Life on Board

Day 1 – Tromsø

Arrival in the end of afternoon at 7pm, boarding the boat and settling in. Welcome dinner onboard and overnight in port or at anchorage if

Day 2 to 6 – Sailing north - Whale and orca safaris

We leave Tromsø and begin our journey through the fjords, heading towards Skjervøy. Along the way, we’ll make stops when conditions allow, already keeping watch for cetaceans.

At night, we search for white-tailed sea eagles, and vast flocks of seabirds feeding in the same rich waters. We regularly organize shore excursions and walks ashore to break up the rhythm of the week at sea. These outings allow guests to explore the beauty of the landscapes, discover charming fishing villages, hike on scenic trails, and enjoy the unique character of the islands we visit. It’s a perfect balance between wildlife observation and cultural or natural discoveries ashore.

Day 7 – Return to Tromsø

Morning wildlife watch, then we begin our transit back to Tromsø. Arrival late afternoon, with time to explore the city.

Day 8 – Disembarkation

After breakfast, you’ll say goodbye to the crew and disembark by 9 a.m.
